By using TofinoTV (“the Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. TofinoTV is operated by Cameron Dennison through Tuff City Radio in Tofino, British Columbia, Canada.

Use of the Site

TofinoTV provides live and recorded video streams, audio content, and local business listings for informational and entertainment purposes. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the Site without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download live streams in bulk.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Canadian law.

Intellectual property

All original content on this Site — including video streams produced by TofinoTV, written descriptions, and the TofinoTV brand — is owned by Cameron Dennison / Tuff City Radio and is protected under Canadian copyright law.

Some camera feeds shown on this Site are operated by third-party lodges and resorts. Those feeds remain the property of their respective operators. TofinoTV provides attribution and links to the source for all third-party feeds.

Availability

Live streams depend on internet connectivity, weather conditions, and third-party services (YouTube, external cam operators). TofinoTV makes no guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted availability. Stream outages may occur without notice.

Sponsor and advertiser content

TofinoTV works with local Tofino businesses as sponsors. Sponsored content is clearly identified. TofinoTV is not responsible for the products, services, or representations of sponsors. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we do not endorse third-party websites.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TofinoTV does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, that streams will be uninterrupted, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
